Throughout the year, different organizations approach Cryar Intermediate wanting to assist our students and families with school supplies, clothing, and other various needs. The Family Educational Rights and privacy Act, a federal law that make student educational records confidential, prohibits us from releasing student information to these agencies without your permission. To help us work with these groups in the most efficient way possible, we ask that if you are interested in such assistance, you complete and sign the form below. Supplies are limited and we will provide them on a first come, first served, basis.

A lo largo del año, diversas organizaciones se ponen en contacto con Cryar Intermediate con el deseo de ayudar a nuestros estudiantes y familias proporcionando útiles escolares, ropa y cubriendo otras necesidades. La Ley de Derechos Educativos y Privacidad Familiar (FERPA), una ley federal que garantiza la confidencialidad de los expedientes académicos de los estudiantes, nos prohíbe divulgar información sobre los alumnos a dichas organizaciones sin su autorización. Para colaborar con estos grupos de la manera más eficiente posible, le solicitamos que, si le interesa recibir este tipo de ayuda, complete y firme el formulario que aparece a continuación. Los recursos son limitados y se asignarán por orden de llegada.
