6th Grade Physical Sign Up

Hello 6th graders,

The deadline to sign up for the physicals at Cryar is May 6th. We must have a minimum of 50 students sign up for this service to be provided. The cost is $20 and will be administered during PE classes on May 18th. If you are going to be in athletics, dance, cheer, or any other extracurricular activity, you must have a physical completed.
